Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) had organized a visit to The Halal Hub, JAKIM on October 28, equivalent to 20 Zulkaedah ago. Trip led by Us. Hafiz Md Hanif bin as volunteers with JAKIM was comprised of 22 officers and members of other support groups.
The delegation which arrived at 10.30 am were greeted by a representative who is also Director of the Chief Assistant Director Caw. Halal Management of Tn. Che Che Leh b Haji Ali and the other officers.
The visit aims to expose and share information about the key role in the process of halal JAKIM in Malaysia and know the procedures that follow halal laws with Islamic standards.
The delegation was exposed to the halal hub corporate video presentation about the role and functions of halal Halal Hub in upholding the international stage. In addition, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions on current issues halal. As is well known, the ministry is one of the agencies ‘key players’ in cooperation with the Division in realizing the Malaysian Halal Hub as a center of global halal food manufacturers.
At the end of the visit, the ceremony was graced by the exchange session cendermata trophy as well as foster friendship between the two sides.
