The world’s largest food innovation exhibition is back!

The world’s leading food fair, SIAL Paris will take place for 5 days from 15 October to 19 October 2022.  SIAL (or Salon International de l’Alimentation) is the highest rated food fair in the world and an international hub for the food industry, allowing buyers from all over the world to meet with suppliers.

The event will take place at Paris-Nord Villepinte Parc d’Expositions and over 7,000 exhibiting companies and 300,000 trade visitors from around the globe are attending.

The global industry is now anxiously waiting for the event after the unfortunate cancellation of SIAL 2020 due to Covid-19 pandemic.

With over 50 years of history, SIAL Paris has become one of the main sources of inspiration and innovation for the international F&B market. 

For 2022, they will be keeping the “Own The Change” theme that was introduced in 2020 and will continue to focus on the developments, transformations and major changes at work in our industry.
