The SIAL PARIS 2012 will have 140,000 visitors from 200 countries expected 62% of whom are international. In terms of both, it offers 5,900 exhibitors from 100 countries. SIAL is the Global Food Marketplace as it is the greatest exhibition of food innovation, which has more than 200 conferences, talk shows and debates throughout the exhibition.
SIAL will open its doors from 21st – 25th October which at the Parc des Expositions, Paris Nord Villepinte.
