The international food and beverage show, Alimentaria, will take place from May 17 to 20, 2021.
The organization behind the show, Fira de Barcelona has agreed with the industry on the new dates for the event, in response to requests from the industry’s leading companies and associations with the aim of holding it next year with the greatest possible participation, announces the organizer.
The president of Alimentaria, Josep Lluís Bonet, stressed that “the decision supports the majority will of the productive and associative fabric of the sector, betting on holding the event in a more favourable environment and without so many limitations on international mobility”.
In its last edition, together with Hostelco show, brought together over 4,500 companies and 150,000 professional visitors, 25% of them being international.
