SHAH ALAM, Dec 20 (Bernama) — SimplySiti, the beauty and cosmetic products produced by Malaysia’s popular singer, Datuk Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin, are set to enter Brunei and Indonesia, nine months after being launched in the country.
Siti, who is the president and owner of SimplySiti Sdn Bhd said, the expansion plan is being detailed, as it needs to follow procedures of the countries concerned.
We had received many enquiries and requests from keen customers outside Malaysia as soon as the products were launched.
“Based on the feedback via email and letters from consumers, they found the SimplySiti products suitable, as it is produced to meet the skin needs of Asians,” she told Bernama here after launching the mini roadshow, Jelita with SimplySiti, Sunday.
Siti said for a start, the company had prepared online order forms for customers outside the country to purchase the SimplySiti cosmetic products at, www.simplysiti.com.my.
She said the cosmetic products which had received the Halal certification from the Jabatan Agama Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) and had also won the Best Hall Product 2010 award at the Halal Journal Awards,would introduce new colours for the new season.
“We have selected a variation of colors to be introduced for the new season next year, to ensure SimplySiti stays relevant in the cosmetics market, as trends in it change quickly,” she explained.
Siti also said, SimplySiti would introduce aditional products, that is the bodycare series, by the latest the middle of next year in an effort to diversify the products manufactured by the company.
Meanwhile, she said, SimplySiti would sponsor a beauty workshop,”Simply Beauty Workshop”, in February next year as a show of appreciation for customers who spend RM100 or more on its products.
The workshop will feature well known beauty consultants such as, Nurul Shukor.
SimplySiti products can be obtained from a number of supermarkets as well as at selected health and beauty outlets in the country.
