May 7th -9th 2013, SIAL CHINA is poised to serve the international food & beverage industry one more time! The show has rapidly grown into 7 halls taking over 85,000sqm. With more than 2,200 exhibitors from 90 countries, they are prepared to greet over 46,000 professional visitors from 100 countries.

 

SIAL CHINA 2013 has sold out. While it confirms the strong domestic supports from Shandong, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Ningbo, Wulumuqi, Changchun and others, international pavilions have a steady growth. Among over 47 national pavilions, Vietnam, Indonesia, Switzerland, Belgium, Lithuania, Quebec, Eastern Poland and HK SAR make their debut in SIAL CHINA this year. At the same time USA, France, Australia, Germany, Italy, Spain, South Africa and over 10 other national pavilions will all be increasing their presence. Besides that, Turkey will attend as the Guest Country of Honor with 34 companies occupying 1000sqm.

 

16 product zones are some of the highlights of the show. It includes meat, gourmet, tea & coffee, fruit & vegetables, chocolate, halal food, condiments, canned food, frozen food, dairy product, organic food, packaging, seafood, sweet & snack, olive oil.

 

Meat Hall: SIAL CHINA 2013 will dedicate its hall N2 for the rising meat demand. It includes countries such as Argentina, UK, Canada, Germany, Denmark, Hungary, Australia, France, USA and more. There are many industry leaders participate in the show, including ARGENTINE BEEF PROMOTION INSTITUTE, BPEX / EBLEX, DANISH AGRICULTURE & FOOD COUNCIL, GERMAN MEAT GMBH, INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE CARNES (INAC) URUGUAY, MEAT & LIVESTOCK AUSTRALIA, SOPEXA and other individuals for more than 200 exhibitors.

 

Fruit and Vegetable Trade Activity: organized by FECC – Foreign Economic Cooperation Center, Ministry of Agriculture, P.R. China, the fruit & vegetables zone will cover an area of nearly 500sqm, bringing the high quality apple producers from 7 major apple producing provinces in China.

 

Sea Food Cooking Demonstration: organized by China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Association, Liang JIN-top chef of the Canada and Norway Seafood cooking consultant will bring the most delicious seafood according to their different tasty around the world.

 

Seafood Buyers’ Meeting: organized by China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Association, it is launched and joined by the famous channel promoters, in terms of sharing all the details of products to its catering customers resources.
