Ambassador Mohammed Jamil Hashim, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam has participated at the opening of the 4th International Exhibition of Halal Products 2009 and also the launching of brand products of the Sultanate (Brunei Halal).
The opening ceremony took place at the international conferences hall in Bandar Seri by under the auspices of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassan Al Balqiyah, Sultan of Brunei Darussalam A number of ministers, officials and heads of diplomatic missions in addition to a number of local and foreign firms participating in the exhibition have attended the ceremony.
The local media, especially daily newspapers were keen to publish photographs and films of the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Majesty Sultan Hassanal Balqiyah and other senior government officials while roaming within the exhibition. The products of the kingdom by one of the participating companies have gained the appreciation of His Majesty the Sultan during his speech with the Ambassador and the company owner.
