DagangHalal occupied a 12 square meter booth at Hall 1.1, D 036. Our booth was located at in Hall 1.1 together with other companies which produce the fine food such as Jardin De SaintJulien Ltd., Paldo Co.,Ltd and many other country pavilions from Korea, Mauritius and United Arab Emirates.

DagangHalal Booth Activities

To ease the buyers to browse the products that they were sourcing, we printed our merchants’ product on the backdrop whereas the physical products were nicely arranged on the display shelves. We believed that this display method allowed the buyers to browse the products at a glance when they passed by our booth and able to identify the products which they interested to know about the details. Both physical products sample and the products printed on the backdrop attracted more than 83 buying requests from the serious buyers. Compared to the other trade fairs, the buyers from Anuga were high quality and provided the product specifications in the detail manner.

All standard buying requests would be verified by our customer services department before we transformed the data into the Halal Trade Manager and notified to the respective merchants in Daganghalal.com while the product-specified buying request would reach the respective merchants directly (Gold e-Commerce merchants). DagangHalal’s staffs are busy collecting Buying Request information from the buyers.


Besides that, we also distributed the DagangHalal.com magazine (H-Mag) to the visitors which contained the pre-event coverage for Anuga 2013. For the first time comers to Anuga, they can read the articles for the previous Anuga trade fair and other useful information about the Anuga. For the buyers, they can check the Halal Products Showcase section and contact the suppliers for the pricing.

In Anuga 2013, total of ten (10) Gold Merchants were showcased in our booth to attract buyers through the five days trade fair. Our Gold Merchant’s product successfully gained the interest of buyers at the trade fair, such as Deluxe Rich Sdn Bhd, Incube Edible Oil Sdn Bhd and Seni Sajian Sdn Bhd. We managed to get Buying Request information from the Anuga trade buyers for the offline business matching.
